Manager, eCommerce Analytics (Fully Remote)

• Otter Products is recruiting for a Manager of eCommerce Analytics to join our eCommerce team.
• This position can be based at our Fort Collins, CO headquarters, working a hybrid schedule, or fully remote in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of the company's Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce analytics strategy.
• Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team.
• Drive advanced analytics initiatives including customer segmentation, LTV modeling, and attribution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in web analytics with eCommerce focus.
• Previous experience in a mentor, supervisor, or manager role required.
