Manager, Investor Relations & Strategy (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and delivery of quarterly earnings materials, including presentations, press releases, and Q&A documents.
• Analyze underwriting, financial, and capital performance to develop actionable insights and support external messaging.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, investor targeting, and coordinate investor events such as earnings calls and conferences.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Communications.
• 5+ years of experience in Investor Relations, FP&A, Investment Banking, Equity Research, or Corporate Strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and ability to interpret P&C insurance financial statements.
