Manager Marketing DACH (m/f/d)

In this role you drive regional marketing strategy for the DACH region, shaping brand building and communications across Trade Marketing, Digital, PR and product marketing. You’ll partner with sales and leadership to align programs with business goals and elevate CYBEX’s presence in-store and online. You’ll develop local go-to-market plans, oversee POS and events, and coordinate product launches. You’ll work in a fast-paced, international environment that values design, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a hands-on leadership role with impact on brand perception and market growth.

• Drive regional marketing strategy across Trade Marketing, Digital, Brand Communication, Product Marketing and PR for DACH
• Strategic local brand planning and positioning
• Oversee marketing communications, branding, PR, advertising, trade shows, events, social media
• Serve as Go-To person for GM, Head of Sales & Head of Marketing
• Develop and manage channel and partner strategies and programs
• Establish and track metrics for marketing programs
• Implement POS guidelines and enhance brand presence at POS, fairs, print, and social
• Plan and execute events with key stakeholders online and offline
• Collaborate with sales and customers on POS excellence and e-retail guidelines
• Coordinate with Global Trade and Shop in Shops concepts
• Analyze market trends, customer journey and behavior regionally
• Execute global strategy and coordinate local product launches

• Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing or related field
• Several years of experience as Marketing Manager in a brand/consumer-centric environment
• Strong goal orientation and customer focus, design affinity
• Proven track record of successful marketing programs
• Ability to plan and manage at strategic and operational levels
• Fluent German and Business English
• Leadership experience preferred with strong communication
