Manager, Project Coordinators, Professional Services

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Coordinators
• Manage resource allocation and workload balancing across the coordination team
• Evaluate and refine project coordination workflows, templates, and tools
• Partner with cross-functional leadership in Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery
• Monitor team performance metrics, project backlogs, and key deliverables
• Serve as an escalation point for complex client service issues
• Cultivate a transparent, open, and collaborative team culture

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
• 2+ years of direct people management experience
• 3+ years in a project manager or professional services role
• Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing talent in a remote or hybrid environment
• Deep understanding of professional services delivery frameworks, project management methodologies, and resource management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic technology environment
• Experience in the construction industry or working with construction technology SaaS platforms is highly preferred
