Professional Services Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously
• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations
• Act as primary client contact and manage expectations
• Identify and mitigate risks, handle objections and manage to set scope, budget, timelines, and priorities
• Drive stakeholder alignment and decision‑making both internally and externally
• Maintain detailed project plans and ensure timely delivery while keeping all stakeholders informed of status, risks, and trade‑offs
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams
• Ensure quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail
• Support PMO standards, reporting, and governance

Requirements

• 4+ years SaaS or implementation PM experience
• Proven ability to successfully manage multiple client engagements
• Strong organization, communication and stakeholder management
• Experience with PM tools (MS Project, Accelo, Jira, etc.)
• Exceptional attention to detail and emotional intelligence
• Demonstrated experience identifying and mitigating project risks
• Exposure to government customers and operations strongly preferred
