Manager, Solar Construction Operations

MANAGER, SOLAR CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS

We are looking for a residential solar construction operations veteran to partner with executive leadership to drive our national expansion. Providing the best construction operations in the industry is the cornerstone of our strategy. As such, we are seeking a leader who is obsessed with achieving the shortest possible install durations at scale. You are a subject matter expert in all things solar construction operations, and a people person who excels at training and motivating your team to achieve and exceed KPIs and strategic objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate existing staff, systems and processes
• Recruit, lead, mentor, manage, and grow the operations team
• Onboard newly acquired EPCs to our platform
• Work from home office anywhere USA

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in residential solar construction operations
• 2+ years experience as a frontline manager of staff in residential solar sales
• Has led a construction operations organization of at least 30 employees
• Extensive experience managing outsourced partners both onshore and offshore
• Has owned overall solar construction operations efforts for at least 3,000 projects per month
