Overview

In this role you act as a finance partner to the Executive Board and regional entities on strategic and operational supply chain matters. You own group-wide controlling for production, logistics, quality, technology and planning, and support strategic planning, monthly forecasting, and annual target setting. You drive cross-group projects to boost efficiency and contribute to the development of the Group’s supply chain management concept. You lead digitalization and global process optimization initiatives with management alignment. This is a chance to impact a global nutrition leader through hands-on, collaborative governance.

Zentrale Anforderungen

Experience in supply chain and production controlling in an industrial company
Completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on controlling or accounting or equivalent
Proficiency with SAP and common IT tools
Fluent business German and English
Analytical thinking and fast learning ability
Solution- and goal-oriented work approach
Strong teamwork and communication skills with a hands-on mentality
