Managing Director International Physio Rehab

Since the end of 2021, our client has been building a brand for outpatient and inpatient care in Germany. Their roots are in Finland - there, they have around 5,000 outpatient doctors and around 30,000 employees in the largest network for outpatient care in Northern Europe.

Now they want to implement their recipe for the success of modern patient care in Germany with the help of comprehensive digitalization. They are currently represented with one location in Fulda and 10 locations in the West Palatinate region. Within their first year, they have grown to around 360 employees, including 60 doctors and around 20 physiotherapists.

They manage organizational issues such as personnel, purchasing, and billing centrally. The core element of treatment in their practices remains physical contact between doctors and patients.

What we are looking for

They are looking for reinforcements for their International Rehab Physiotherapy team in Ramstein near Kaiserslautern. For their international customers and German private health insurance patients, they rely on modern, efficient, and holistic therapy approaches to offer their patients optimal treatment quality. For their modern therapy centre, they are now looking for a new manager to strengthen their management team full‑time.

Responsibilities

  • Management of the physiotherapy team
  • Drawing up therapy plans and monitoring patient progress
  • Carrying out physiotherapy treatments
  • Training and further education of the team
  • Monitoring and managing resources and equipment
  • Collaboration with other medical professionals and departments
  • Support in the development and implementation of marketing strategies

Qualifications

  • Completed training or studies as a physiotherapist with further training
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Experience in treating various clinical cases
  • Ideally very good English language skills (90% of the patients are English‑speaking)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse data and results
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and training
  • Good knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
