Position

• Title: Marketing Expert
• Type: Contract
• Compensation: $55–$80/hour
• Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Develop long-horizon marketing tasks with deterministic rubrics for agent evaluation.
• Build scenarios in campaign execution with SEO content briefs and UTM-tagged campaigns.
• Create product marketing materials like battlecards and positioning documents.
• Design content operations tasks including keyword research and editorial calendars.
• Ensure all tasks have checkable answers without subjective judgment calls.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve task quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in content, product, demand‑gen, or brand marketing.
• Expertise in SEO and content marketing, email and lifecycle marketing (HubSpot, Marketo, Iterable, Customer.io), or product marketing.
• Comfortable with marketing artifacts: campaign briefs, landing pages, nurture flows.
• Clear written communication; can encode reasoning into deterministic rubrics.
