• Audit campaign data, work out what performed and what didn't, and feed that back into the next round.
• Set strategy for campaigns, defining why we're running something and what good looks like.

Leading the Team

• Run marketing execution from planning to review, keeping the team performing.
• Set the standards and cadence the rest of the team works to.
• Grow the processes over time rather than just holding them steady.
