Medical Director (Fully Remote)

Clinical Workflow & Condition Pathway Development:

• Lead the design and launch of clinical workflows for new and existing dermatological conditions.
• Partner with the CMO and Clinical Ops lead to advance innovative treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with the Product team to translate clinical workflows into platform functionality.
• Oversee daily clinical performance across the country's largest online dermatology workforce.
• Lead provider onboarding, training, and ongoing development for remote care delivery.
• Drive provider productivity and quality through structured coaching and AI integration.

Clinical Quality & Compliance:

• Build correction workflows and monitor adherence to treatment protocols.
• Measure and report treatment outcomes, flagging trends for clinical review.
• Develop regulatory-grade SOPs and SLAs to ensure audit readiness.
