Take full ownership of large-scale mechanical and electrical delivery with an international engineering contractor

We’re recruiting a Senior MEP Project Manager for a permanent position in Germany, with a considerable portfolio of works secured for the next 5+ years.

The role

You will take full ownership of delivering mechanical and electrical packages on large-scale projects. You’ll lead project teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

What you’ll do

• Lead the full project lifecycle, from execution planning through to handover
• Own cost control, forecasting and budget performance, working closely with commercial teams on variations, risks and opportunities
• Act as the primary interface between the company, the client and key stakeholders, chairing project meetings, technical workshops and progress reviews
• Lead, mentor and develop multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, commercial and site functions
• Champion a strong safety culture and drive continuous improvement in HSEQ performance
• Oversee MEP delivery in line with design, specifications and client requirements, including commissioning, testing and final handover

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager or Senior PM on large-scale projects
• A strong background in data centre, pharmaceutical or industrial projects
• Experience managing projects with €20M+ MEP scope
• A solid understanding of mechanical and electrical building services systems
• Leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong commercial awareness and contract management experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
