Deine Aufgaben

• Bearbeitung des Postein- und -ausgangs
• Beantwortung aller Service-Anliegen von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften
• Anlage und Pflege der Personalakten
• Sortieren, Erstellen und Versenden von Unterlagen
• Weiterleitung und Koordination von Anfragen an die HR-Koordinatoren (People Koordinatoren) sowie deren allgemeine Unterstützung
• Sorgfältige Eingabe von Daten in die Personalsysteme sowie Kommunikation mit internen und externen Partnern

Was du mitbringst

• Kaufmänische Ausbildung oder relevante Vorerfahrung
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office
• Strukturierte, sorgfältige und verlässlichäiche Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Teamfähigkeit und Serviceorientierung
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
