New Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

Sales CNC Turning & CNC Milling | Field Sales | DACH Region

Your responsibilities:

• Proactively acquire new customers in the field of CNC turning and milling
• Build and maintain a strong network with relevant contacts at industrial customer accounts across the DACH region
• Identify and develop new market opportunities and business potential
• Advise customers on technical manufacturing solutions in the area of CNC turning and milling
• Prepare, follow up and negotiate quotations in close cooperation with work preparation and costing
• Conduct customer visits, on-site presentations and technical sales meetings

Your profile:

• Successfully completed technical or commercial education, ideally with a background in mechanical engineering or metalworking
• Several years of experience in technical sales, preferably in CNC machining, contract manufacturing or the metalworking industry
• An existing and reliable network of decision-makers in the manufacturing industry
• Proven success in acquiring new customers and sustainably developing customer relationships
• Strong communication and closing skills combined with a confident presence at all decision-making levels
• High willingness to travel (approx. 70–80%) throughout the DACH region
