New Project Financial Analyst (Remote) (Fully Remote)

• Analyze financial performance across Professional Services engagements, customers, and delivery teams.
• Monitor project gross margin, labor costs, and overall profitability.
• Develop financial reports and identify margin erosion and cost overruns.
• Serve as financial SME for project accounting and financial management.
• Partner with Project Managers to improve EAC, ETC, and margin practices.
• Establish financial governance processes for accountability and forecasting accuracy.

Cost Management & Forecasting

• Ensure accurate project cost allocation across work orders.
• Reconcile estimated and actual costs; validate subcontractor invoices.
• Forecast portfolio performance and analyze labor utilization trends.

Pricing & Business Analytics

• Develop pricing recommendations based on historical costs.
• Support labor rate and subcontractor pricing strategies.
• Provide insights to improve forecasting accuracy and profitability.
