• Own net revenue retention for large employer accounts, driving enrollment and expansion.

• 7+ years of account management or customer success in digital health or SaaS.
• Experience with large employer clients (10,000+ employees) and channel partner models.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a proactive approach to AI tools.
