Northeast Regional Marketing & Growth Manager (Fully Remote)

• Lead and coordinate the Northeast Division's marketing, business development, and growth programs.
• Work closely with divisional leadership, commercial team, and seller-doers.
• Drive organic growth through aligned opportunities and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pursuit and proposal support, including Go/No-Go workflows and proposal development.
• Oversee CRM and pipeline management, monitoring trends and supporting sales forecasting.
• Strategize association memberships, conferences, client events, and funding opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in AEC marketing, proposal management, or business development support.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms preferred.
