Growth and Marketing Manager (Fully Remote)

• LemFi is looking for a Growth and Marketing Manager to own the UK Chinese community.
• You will drive acquisition through online and offline channels, building community trust.
• This role is a blend of field work, partnership building, and internal advocacy.

What You'll Build and Own:

• Own user growth targets for the UK Chinese community, accountable for numbers.
• Build and run community operations: events, gatherings, and grassroots partnerships.
• Source, negotiate, and manage partnerships that move the acquisition needle.

Your Experience:

• 5+ years in growth, sales, or marketing roles with a track record of hitting ambitious targets.
• Deep understanding of Chinese diaspora communities in the UK.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently in the field.
