SAP HCM Consultant (Junior / Senior) (m/f/d)

Location: Germany – choose Frankfurt area, Hamburg, Dortmund, Munich, Stuttgart. Hybrid (2–3 days home office).

We are hiring one SAP HCM Consultant (Junior or Senior level) to join a growing consulting environment supporting a diverse customer base across Germany.

Your Responsibilities

• Support and advise clients on SAP HCM modules (e.g. PA, PY-DE, PT, OM, ESS/MSS).
• Analyse, optimise, and further develop existing SAP HCM systems.
• Take ownership of sub‑projects or work packages after onboarding.
• Configure and maintain personnel administration, payroll, and time management processes.
• Provide remote and occasional on‑site support to customers.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders.

Your Profile

Must‑have requirements:

• Hands‑on experience with SAP HCM (especially PA, PY‑DE and/or PT).
• German language skills (minimum B2 level).
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany (up to 20%).
• Junior: 0–2 years | Senior: 4+ years of SAP HCM experience.

Nice to have:

• SAP SuccessFactors or Employee Central Payroll experience.
• Basic ABAP knowledge.
• English skills.

Work Model

• Hybrid setup: 2–3 days per week home office.
• Office presence required (no full remote option).
• You can choose your base location among: Frankfurt area, Hamburg, Dortmund, Munich, or Stuttgart.
• Occasional travel within Germany (approx. 20%).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: €60,000 – €120,000 gross/year (depending on experience).
• Permanent, full‑time contract.
