Office Manager (m/f/d)

At INLEAP Photonics , we develop innovative and ultra-fast laser system technology for industrial and safety-critical applications. In addition to optimising laser processes in manufacturing, we also work on high-precision systems for drone defence. Our goal is to set new standards in productivity and precision with maximum safety, reliability and efficiency.

To further develop and scale our INLEAP® FASTLIGHT® technology for both industrial applications and safety-critical scenarios such as drone defence, we are looking for support in our administration and organisation team:

As an office manager (m/f/d), you will be a central interface in our company and ensure that our administrative and organisational processes run smoothly. You will support the team in their day-to-day business, keep track of commercial processes and thus create the organisational conditions that enable the company to focus on technological development and sustainable growth.

Your responsibilities

• Organising and coordinating general day-to-day office tasks
• Assisting with accounting preparation, invoice verification and document management
• Maintaining and managing contracts, documents and internal filing structures
• Assisting with human resources tasks, such as preparing employment contracts, documents and onboarding processes
• Organising appointments, travel planning and assisting with meeting preparation
• Assisting with funding projects and administrative requirements within the framework of public programmes
• General assistance tasks for management and the team

Your qualifications and skills

• Completed commercial training, for example as an office clerk, office management clerk or similar
• Initial professional experience in an office or administrative role is desirable
• Structured, reliable and independent way of working
• Very good organisational skills and a high degree of responsibility
• Confident use of MS Office
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• Friendly, professional manner and ability to work in a team
• Interest in an innovative and technological environment
• Immediately or by agreement
