Onboarding Manager (Fully Remote)

• Guide beauty and wellness business owners through their software transition as their accountability partner.
• Own a pipeline of 25-30 new accounts monthly, directly impacting profitability.
• Manage onboarding journeys, document goals, and provide product training via virtual meetings.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, or account management.
• Prior experience in beauty/wellness or service-based small businesses strongly preferred.
• Comfortable in a metrics-driven environment, managing multiple projects, and confident communication skills.
