Overview

Are you a seasoned Paralegal? Do you have experience in Litigation? Wonderful. Doherty Staffing Solutions is currently partnering with a growing law firm located in St. Cloud, MN as they search for a Paralegal to join the thriving team! Compensation for this direct hire position is $45,000-$60,000 per year depending upon experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide substantive legal work for attorneys in litigation and insurance defense


• Handle dozens of lawsuits at once


• Meet deadlines for discovery plan and/or scheduling order


• File motions, produce documents, and obtain reports


• Re-prioritize as needed to ensure important matters are not forgotten or delayed

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of litigation experience


• Prioritize and meet deadlines


• Organized and detail-oriented


• Strong computer and grammar skills


• Great communicator and team player
