Overview

In this PCOR Lead role you drive the strategy and execution of patient-reported outcomes and broader clinical outcome assessment strategies. You generate robust patient experience evidence to demonstrate meaningful benefits of UCB solutions for decision-makers. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape PRO/COA development, interpretation, and regulatory interactions, while leading dissemination activities and external partnerships. This position blends scientific rigor with strategic influence to advance patient-centered outcomes across lifecycle stages.

Verantwortungsbereiche
  • Lead development and implementation of PRO/COA strategies from early development through lifecycle
  • Oversee selection, development, validation, interpretation and implementation of PRO/COA measures
  • Provide expert input into regulatory and HTA briefing packages and study documents
  • Lead scientific dissemination through publications and abstracts in line with strategy
  • Build external partnerships to advance methodological frameworks and acceptance of patient experience evidence
  • Act as an ambassador for patient experience value and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Zentrale Anforderungen
  • Significant experience in PRO/COA or patient preference research within biopharma, medical device, or academia
  • Experience in PRO/COA development, validation, and implementation with qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Experience in clinical development, regulatory and HTA interactions
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration in a matrix organization
