Payment Operations Specialist (Fully Remote)

• Prepare ACH, Wise, and wire batches in accordance with daily runbooks and cutoffs.
• Process returns, retries, and payout exceptions accurately and on time.

Records & Controls:

• Operate as maker only; never validate or release your own work.
• Maintain complete, accurate records for independent reconciliation by Accounting.
• Flag anomalies and control gaps immediately.

Transition & Automation Adoption:

• Execute cutover tasks as offshore work transitions in-house.
• Adopt new automated workflows as TRM and batch automation land.
• Suggest runbook improvements based on front-line experience.
