People Analytics Manager (m/f/x)

In this role you will build Scalable Capital’s People Analytics foundations, turning data into actionable insights for leaders. You will consolidate data from HR systems, establish governance and data quality, and create dashboards to inform hiring, retention and workforce planning. You’ll partner cross-functionally with People, Finance and business leaders to drive data-driven decision making and improve the employee experience. This is a high-impact, hands-on position that shapes how analytics support business growth and people decisions.

• Build a trusted People data foundation by integrating data from source systems and ensuring data quality, privacy and clear ownership
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports for core People metrics (headcount,Hiring, retention, lifecycle, workforce planning)
• Partner with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance and leaders to translate business questions into analyses
• Develop clear, actionable recommendations and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Improve and expand the People Tech ecosystem to support reliable data flows and efficient processes
• Establish practical data governance standards for People data (definitions, access, quality checks, privacy)
• Identify opportunities for forecasting and predictive analytics as the data foundation matures
• Shape Scalable’s People Analytics and People Tech foundations from day one with a dedicated budget for tooling and learning
• Collaborate with People, Finance, and leadership to improve decision-making, employee experience, and business growth

• Experience in People Analytics, People Data Management, Business Intelligence, or similar data analytics role
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (Metabase, Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with HR systems and integrating data from multiple sources
• Understanding of data architecture, data quality, governance, and privacy principles
• Ability to explain complex data clearly and translate findings into practical recommendations
• Experience with Python or R is a plus (for advanced analytics)
• Fluent English; German is a plus
• Based in Munich or Berlin with office presence
