People Solutions Senior Manager (m/f/d)

In this role you lead the People Solutions team in Germany to deliver high-quality HR services for employees, managers, and HR Business Partners. You drive payroll accuracy, health management, and labor relations, while building constructive relationships with works councils. You shape a process-driven, scalable, and digital HR operating model and partner with stakeholders across the organization to enhance employee experience and organizational readiness. • Lead and develop the People Solutions team in Germany
• Oversee employee lifecycle administration, payroll, occupational health management, and social relations
• Maintain constructive relationships with works councils; support collective bargaining and labor relations
• Foster a customer-centric, high-performance culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliant and accurate payroll in line with German regulations
• Act as a key partner for HRBPs, CoEs, managers, and employee representatives
• Drive transformation toward a more process-driven, scalable, and digital HR operating model
• Lead process harmonization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with Global Process Owners and HR teams to improve processes and service delivery
• Define and develop the occupational health and care management roadmap

• 7-10 years of experience in HR (e.g., HR Services or HR Operations)
• Strong leadership experience with transformation and change management capabilities
• Expertise in HR administration, payroll, employee lifecycle management, labor relations, and HR processes
• Experience in process optimization, automation, digitalization, and shared service environments
• Strong knowledge of German labor law, works council collaboration, and collective bargaining
• Strategic mindset with business understanding and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and intercultural collaboration
• Pragmatic, solution-focused, customer-oriented approach
