Senior Product Manager Digital Solutions

As Senior Global Product Manager you will shape the vision and roadmap for digital health and medical solutions across global markets, translating user insights into impactful offerings. You will drive end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch and continuous improvement, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners. This role focuses on delivering meaningful value to healthcare professionals and end users, with a strong emphasis on agility, partnerships, and scalable solutions. You will help the business stay competitive and aligned with strategic objectives, making a real difference in people’s lives.

• Define and drive the global product vision, strategy, and innovation roadmap based on customer needs, user insights, and business priorities
• Lead product development and lifecycle management, ensuring successful launches, releases, maintenance, and continuous improvement of digital solutions and services
• Collaborate across functions, categories, and business units to align priorities, communication, launch plans, and commercial objectives
• Identify innovation opportunities and external partnerships that support business development and accelerate growth within Digital Health and Medical Device Solutions
• Coach and support product managers and teams, while continuously improving ways of working and adapting plans to changing business needs, budgets, and market conditions

• University degree in a relevant technical field
• Extensive experience in product management, innovation, product lifecycle management, or related discipline
• Experience leading complex cross-functional teams and driving initiatives in agile environments
• Experience from Agile Design, project management and leading complex product teams
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to travel internationally as required
• Experience within software, hardware, IoT solutions, digital health, or digital services is considered an advantage
• Knowledge of Medical Device and related regulation e.g. MDR, ISO13485 is favorable
