Senior Product Manager - Software Solutions

In this role you will lead ProGlove’s software and solution business, acting as the ‘CEO’ of the software unit to shape strategy, growth, and long-term value. You will own the P&L, drive ARR and adoption, and align cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes. You’ll build category-leading operational intelligence and frontline analytics, influencing business models and partnerships. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

• Monitor and drive P&L for the product line
• Grow ARR and attach rate; improve Net Revenue Retention
• Shape pricing and monetization strategy
• Establish strategic partnerships
• Lead go-to-market strategy with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Build repeatable ARR growth engines and expand software penetration
• Drive renewal and expansion motions across the installed base
• Align Product, Engineering, Sales, CSM and Marketing around business outcomes
• Sponsor strategic customers and lighthouse deployments
• Establish operating rhythms, performance reviews and cross-functional decision-making

• 5 to 8+ years in product management, preferably in software, cloud, SaaS or IoT
• Proven experience delivering cloud-based or SaaS products
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Ability to translate customer needs into scalable product solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Professional fluency in English
