Senior Solution Manager (m/f/d) for GenAI in Banking

In this role you will identify AI-enabled opportunities for core banking processes and shape practical use cases. You’ll translate business needs into designs and collaborate with AI engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to drive real value. You will own hands-on AI model configuration and prompt engineering, ensuring usable outputs that impact banking operations. You will lead a cross-functional AI solutioning team and advance prototypes into production enhancements. • Identify opportunities for AI-based innovation across core banking processes (accounts, deposits, lending, payments)
• Gather, structure, and prioritize business and technical requirements for AI use cases
• Translate business goals into technical designs and collaborate with AI specialists and core banking teams
• Hands-on ownership in configuring AI models and applying prompt engineering best practices
• Lead and grow the AI solutioning team and drive demos, prototypes, and adoption
• Lead workshops with cross-functional teams and customers to align expectations with execution
• Serve as a clear communicator between business and technical experts

• 5+ years in a hybrid Business/Technology role in banking or financial services
• Hands-on experience with AI solutions, including model configuration and prompt engineering
• Understanding of core banking processes (accounts, lending, deposits, payments)
• Familiarity with banking system landscapes and SAP Fioneer Core Banking experience is a plus
• Strong business acumen linking tech and AI to outcomes
• Excellent communication skills with both business leaders and technical teams
• Team player in a fast-paced, global environment
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
