Senior Project Manager Modular Solutions (m/f/d)

In this Senior Project Manager role you drive end-to-end delivery of large modular projects, primarily in data centres and semiconductor facilities. You lead cross-functional teams to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets, while managing risks and client requirements. The role emphasizes safe, on-time, and compliant project outcomes with a focus on predictable performance and off-site manufacturing advantages. You will be a pivotal contributor to Exentec’s modular delivery model that accelerates timelines and improves quality.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex modular projects (data centres / semiconductor facilities)
• Own scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, manufacturing, site execution)
• Oversee commercial and contract management, including claims and variations
• Ensure project financial performance (forecasting, cost control, margin management)
• Maintain compliance with contractual and client-specific requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction, or a related field
• 5–10 years of experience in managing complex industrial or construction projects
• Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in commercial and contract management
• Technical background in modular construction, data centres, or semiconductor projects preferred
• Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities
