In this role you drive international Identity Management implementation projects from start to adoption, guiding scope, schedule, budget, and quality. You work with cross-functional teams and government partners to ensure successful delivery per PMI PMBOK standards. You will lead governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement at a multinational scale. Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead international Identity Management implementation projects from initiation to final acceptance
Manage project scope, schedule, budget and quality
Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders
Act as primary contact for customers and government organizations
Lead project governance, reporting and Steering Committee meetings
Identify and mitigate project risks
Manage customer expectations and contractual commitments
Ensure delivery according to PMI PMBOK standards

Zentrale Anforderungen

Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
PMP certification
Minimum 5 years of experience managing international IT projects
Experience with Identity Management, Cybersecurity or secure government solutions
Knowledge of PMI PMBOK, Agile and Hybrid Project Delivery
Experience with Microsoft Project and Primavera
Strong understanding of SDLC, Cloud Infrastructure, PKI and Enterprise Integration
Strong leadership and communication skills
