Project Manager Modular Solutions (m/f/d)

As Project Manager at Exentec, you will lead modular construction projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget. You will work within a cross-functional team to manage cost, schedule, quality, and risk, while coordinating engineering, manufacturing, and site execution. The role focuses on delivering safe, high-quality, off-site manufactured solutions with predictable outcomes for complex builds. You will engage with clients and stakeholders to drive commercial success and project performance. This is a chance to shape large-scale programmes in a global engineering context.

• Full lifecycle responsibility for projects from concept through design, procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning
• Overall accountability for scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, manufacturing, site execution)
• Manage procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities
• Oversee commercial aspects including contract and claim management
• Own project financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, and margin control

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• 5–10 years of experience in project management, ideally within plant engineering or modular construction
• Strong commercial and contract management expertise
• Solid technical understanding of engineering and construction processes
• Proven experience in stakeholder and client management, as well as risk management
• Fluent English and good German language skills
