People Systems & Programs Manager (Fully Remote)

• Own the People Systems roadmap end-to-end at Grow Therapy.
• Partner with People Operations and report to Sr. Manager.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design and ship automation across employee lifecycle using Rippling.
• Manage compliance calendar and HRIS integrations.
• Mentor the People Operations Lead on systems thinking.

• Competitive base compensation: $144,000-$168,000 (hybrid) or $120,000-$140,000 (remote).
