Senior Manager, HVAC & Geothermal Quality Programs (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality standards for HVAC, geothermal, water heater, and generator installations.
• Build quality review frameworks for emerging product lines and deploy SOPs for each technology vertical.
• Collaborate with product development and after market services to develop service and maintenance warranty programs.

Team Management

• Oversee project review queues across all product lines to ensure timely approval and rejection processing.
• Provide direct oversight of the QC Tech team, including workload allocation and efficiency improvements.
• Monitor queue volume, age, and functionality, ensuring positive contractor experience with proactive feedback.

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Partner with tech teams to identify and implement platform improvements supporting multi-technology milestone reviews.
• Serve as the quality subject matter expert during product scoping for new technology verticals.
• Evaluate industry trends and code changes to keep quality standards current.
