We are seeking a Creator Performance Manager (m/w/d) to elevate our brand Fleeky through high-quality creators and measurable performance campaigns. You will act as the interface between content creation and paid advertising, managing creator partnerships, developing data-driven strategies, and ensuring each creative is measurable.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain a creator database with selected talents
Develop briefings and oversee content production
Analyze creator and creative performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, Engagement)
Plan and execute A/B tests and creative refreshes
Collaborate closely with Paid Ads, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams
Establish reporting and control structures for creator activities

Soft Skills

Team player with a hands-on mentality

Hard Skills

Experience in creator management, influencer marketing, or performance marketing
Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics
Knowledge of KPI analysis and reporting (ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate)
Experience with tools like Asana, Airtable, Notion, or Looker Studio
Negotiation skills with creators and agencies
