We seek qualified nursing staff (m/w/d) for our Flexi Team

Join AWO Nordhessen as we provide quality care across five facilities within a 50‑km radius in the city and district of Fulda.

Responsibilities

• Support teams at any of the five settings as needed.
• Directly manage the care process, ensuring the best quality for residents. This includes executing medical orders and prophylactic measures.
• Contribute expertise in wound management or palliative care.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement and help create a welcoming home for residents.

• In addition to a base salary, you receive a monthly bonus of up to €1,000 gross for full‑time work (39.5 h/week) plus additional rewards during the Christmas and holiday periods.

Requirements

• Three‑year qualification as a registered nurse or equivalent, with experience in inpatient or outpatient care.
• Valid B‑class driving licence and willingness to travel within the 50‑km service area.

• Availability to work a 3‑shift system (predominantly day and evening shifts) and regular weekend/holiday duties.

Full‑time, permanent, flexible shift schedule across 5 facilities in Fulda, Großloh, Petersberg, Burghaun, and Eichenzell.
