Apsida Life Science is currently partnering with a m arket-leading medical technology company driving innovation in diabetes care. With a strong product portfolio in CGM and insulin pump therapy, the organisation is expanding its sales team to support growing demand across key regions in Germany.

This is a high-impact, field-based opportunity for experienced medical reps to make a real difference in the lives of patients through advanced diabetes technology. You’ll benefit from strong brand recognition, cutting-edge solutions, and the ability to manage your territory with autonomy and purpose.

Responsibilities:

Deliver consistent sales performance aligned with regional targets and company strategy
Manage and grow relationships with HCPs through in-person and digital channels (video, phone, email)
Implement national marketing campaigns and local action plans
Support and educate existing and prospective customers on diabetes care solutions
Attend regional and national congresses, conferences, and training events
Coordinate and lead local product presentations and workshops

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience in CGM or insulin pump therapy is essential
Degree in a scientific/medical field OR certified pharmaceutical training (PTA, MTA, BTA, CTA) per §75 AMG
Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and build trust in a healthcare setting
High motivation, reliability, and customer-centric attitude
Willingness to travel frequently within your assigned territory
Valid driver’s license
Fluent in German (spoken and written)
