We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Planning, Logistics & Stock Manager who will be responsible for end-to-end planning, inventory control, and logistics coordination, ensuring seamless alignment between production, raw material supply, sales demand, and global customer delivery requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 7–12 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, inventory management, or operations roles
  • Strong experience in production planning, demand planning, or supply planning in industrial/manufacturing environments
  • Solid understanding of inventory management systems and stock optimization principles
  • Experience in international logistics and export operations is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage
  • Strong coordination skills across Sales, Supply Chain, Production, and Finance teams
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and global environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end production planning, demand planning, and supply planning processes in alignment with sales forecasts and raw material availability
  • Oversee inventory management and stock optimization across warehouses to ensure service level efficiency and cost control
  • Coordinate closely with Raw Material, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to ensure material availability for production continuity
  • Plan and manage logistics operations including domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery
  • Monitor stock levels, safety stock policies, and inventory turnover to prevent shortages or overstock situations
  • Align production schedules with sales demand and customer delivery commitments in collaboration with Sales and Commercial teams
  • Track order fulfillment performance and ensure smooth execution from production to final customer delivery
  • Work closely with Finance to support cost control, inventory valuation, and logistics-related financial processes
  • Identify inefficiencies in planning, logistics, and stock processes and propose continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain planning and logistics KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting for management visibility
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and international shipping standards
  • Support digitalization and ERP-based process improvements within planning and logistics functions
