We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Planning, Logistics & Stock Specialist who will support end-to-end planning, logistics coordination, and inventory management processes to ensure smooth operational flow between production, supply chain, and customer deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations
- Basic understanding of production planning, demand planning, or stock management processes
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is a plus
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities across internal teams
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Support production planning, demand planning, and supply planning activities in coordination with Sales and Supply Chain teams
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining optimal stock levels across warehouses
- Track raw material and finished goods movements to ensure accurate stock visibility
- Support logistics operations including shipment tracking, delivery coordination, and documentation follow-up
- Coordinate with Raw Material, Procurement, and Production teams to ensure material availability and planning alignment
- Assist in order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery to customers
- Support planning of inbound and outbound logistics activities, including international shipments when required
- Maintain accurate data in ERP systems related to inventory, planning, and logistics processes
- Prepare regular reports on stock levels, delivery performance, and planning accuracy
- Identify operational issues in planning, logistics, and stock processes and raise them during escalation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning and logistics workflows
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to ensure alignment of stock, cost, and logistics data
