We have an opportunity for a Pool Inside Sales Account Manager to join our Charlotte, NC, team. You will act as the primary remote point of contact, ensuring customers receive prompt, knowledgeable assistance and value from their Pentair partnership. This role is ideal for a results‑driven professional with a passion for problem‑solving and building value‑based relationships in a dynamic, remote‑selling environment, ultimately driving revenue attainment and enhancing dealer loyalty.

You will:

• Proactively build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with a dedicated portfolio of existing smaller builder accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty, and strategically identifying opportunities for growth through upsell and cross‑sell.


• Lead a value‑driven sales process by conducting in‑depth discovery calls to deeply understand the needs, pain points, and success criteria of existing dealers.


• Craft and present tailored product solutions, focusing on Pentair's differentiators in technology (e.g., IntelliCenter portfolio, IntelliFlo3 pumps) and service, to drive upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and foster long‑term loyalty.


• Skillfully manage a pipeline of opportunities, provide accurate sales forecasts, and consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas by cultivating strong dealer relationships a
