Power Platform Developer & Product Owner

In this role you will develop enterprise solutions using the Power Platform to drive automation and better user experiences for USAFRICOM. You will bridge business needs with technical delivery and manage backlogs during peak workloads, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll shape a modernization vision, align initiatives with strategic goals, and deliver measurable value through scalable platforms. • Develop enterprise applications using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse integration
• Create data models and build Model-Driven Apps with Dataverse; design Canvas/Custom Pages
• Produce Power BI dashboards to visualize data and insights
• Own product backlogs and multi-year roadmaps; write user stories with acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure feature quality
• Monitor platform adoption and identify opportunities for automation and new features
• Build AI-enabled capabilities using Copilot Studio or similar tools

• Current adjudicated Secret clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI
• BA/BS and 5+ years of relevant experience
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and SharePoint
• Software development experience in an agile environment
• Ability to document processes and architecture and translate business needs into technical requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II (Security+ CE or equivalent) + PL-200/PL-400/PL-600
