Pricing Manager - Project Logistics (m/f/d)

A leading global specialist in project freight forwarding is expanding its team. Known for expertly handling break bulk, out of gauge, dangerous goods, and oversized shipments, they are currently looking for a Pricing Manager - Import (m/f/d) to join their Bremen office.

What you'll be doing:

• Developing competitive and commercially viable pricing solutions for import-related transportation services.
• Preparing complex cost calculations, quotations, and pricing proposals.
• Managing import pricing requests while supporting RFQ, tender, and bid processes with tailored commercial solutions.
• Analyzing transportation requirements and collaborating with internal teams to determine the most suitable logistics solutions.
• Evaluating quotes from suppliers, carriers, and subcontractors to lock in competitive pricing.
• Assessing margins, costs, and risks to support sustainable business growth.
• Monitoring market developments and pricing trends across the German logistics and freight forwarding sector.
• Working closely alongside Business Development, Operations, Procurement, and Project Management teams to continuously improve pricing methodologies.

What you bring to the table:

• Several years of hands-on experience in Pricing, Project Freight Forwarding, Tender Management, or Commercial Logistics.
• A solid understanding of international transport, import services, and the German freight forwarding market.
• A highly commercial and analytical mindset, backed by excellent problem-solving skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and hit strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Very good written and spoken language skills in both German and English.
