Process Manager Lead-to-Order

Drive the transition towards an efficient and sustainable future of mobility by managing and continuously improving the lead-to-order funnel across all stages. Work within a hybrid environment with flexibility while ensuring reliability and efficiency of key system-supported processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Lead-to-Order process in daily operations and ensure that lead generation and routing, lead qualification, and funnel transitions function reliably and according to defined business rules.
• Monitor performance across key funnel stages (Lead Qualification Rate, Conversion Rates, Cycle Times) and derive targeted actions to improve outcomes.
• Analyze process drop-offs, delays, and inconsistencies throughout the funnel, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures.
• Own end-to-end optimization initiatives within the Lead-to-Order process – from problem definition to successful implementation and impact measurement.
• Ensure that defined lead routing logics, assignment rules, and qualification criteria are correctly implemented and consistently applied.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to optimize lead handovers, first-response processes, and opportunity handling across transition points.
• Translate operational requirements into concrete workflow, CRM, and process enhancements and drive their implementation through to effective adoption.
• Embed new process designs and optimization measures into day-to-day operations and deliver measurable business impact.
• Act as the central point of contact for operational questions related to lead management, funnel governance, and process execution within your area of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and optimizing Lead-to-Order or Sales Funnel processes, ideally within a Commercial Excellence environment.
• Strong expertise in funnel management and KPI optimization, with a track record of implementing data-driven improvements.
• Proven record of independently driving optimization initiatives from concept to implementation, delivering measurable business impact.
• Experience with CRM systems and digital platforms, and ability to map and optimize process logic within system environments.
• Structured and pragmatic approach to turning complex processes into scalable solutions.
• Confidence in driving process adherence and implementation, even when facing resistance.
• Ability to thrive in cross-functional environments and align stakeholder requirements across the funnel.
• Fluent English essential; additional languages are a strong asset in our international environment.
• Team player with high standards for quality and impact, challenging the status quo and embracing continuous improvement.
