Process Support Engineer

In this role you guide products through their lifecycle, delivering high-visibility customer support from installation to qualification. You collaborate with R&D to position new processes and work with Sales and Service to implement technical solutions. You perform process qualification, optimization, and DOEs, and you analyze data to draw actionable conclusions. You troubleshoot complex issues, conduct root-cause analyses, and uphold safety and IP policies. Based in Dresden, you travel to customer sites as needed, supporting Etch product families.

• Manage customer engagement and coordinate with R&D to position new products
• Qualify processes after installation and optimize performance and cost of ownership
• Align customer technology evolution with Product Groups on technical solutions
• Collaborate with Sales to propose and implement technical solutions
• Support Service teams in troubleshooting process deviations and provide training on qualifications
• Follow IP protection, safety, security, and quality standards

• Experience in semiconductor industry on advanced production equipment
• Knowledge of semiconductor integration
• Master or PhD in chemistry/physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics or related field with professional experience
• Fluent in English
• Customer interaction experience

• Willingness to travel ~25% (up to 40%)
