Procurement Specialist (m/f/d) French speaking

In this role you manage Vans and Trucks sourcing for France, Spain, and Italy within a global, fast-paced mobility company. You will lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and oversee data-driven procurement decisions. You’ll collaborate with Yield, Pricing, and Logistics to ensure smooth processes and strong supplier partnerships. Your work supports strategic mobility operations across multiple European markets and helps optimize procurement workflows. • Procure Vans & Trucks for France, Spain, and Italy
• Lead contract negotiations from cost calculation to final agreement
• Analyze procurement data and monitor market trends for strategic decisions
• Coordinate between internal departments and suppliers for efficient processes
• Monitor competitive landscape and develop supplier relationships in target markets
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to optimize procurement workflows

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Tourism or similar
• Some procurement experience or strong interest, preferably in automotive or mobility
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, basic functions) and solid analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Precise, structured, reliable working style; willingness to travel within Europe (France, Spain, Italy)
• Fluent in French and English; knowledge of German, Spanish, or Italian is a plus
