Product Designer – 1-year FTC

Stellenbeschreibung:

Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes and intuitive interfaces
Balance user needs, business requirements and technical feasibility
Plan and conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, surveys and discovery sessions
Translate research findings into actionable design insights
Build and maintain design libraries, reusable components, patterns and guidelines
Iterate on designs using user feedback, usability testing, stakeholder input and data insights
Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, business stakeholders and global UX colleagues
Align designs with product roadmaps and ensure effective implementation
Support a modern, consistent and customer-focused brand experience across digital and physical touchpoints
Consider accessibility and inclusive design principles
Modernise existing applications and build intuitive user journeys
Strengthen the design system across digital products

Requirements

Experience in UX research, UX design or a hybrid research and design role
Strong portfolio demonstrating approach and impact
Hands‑on experience conducting user research and translating findings into effective design solutions
Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch or similar design tools
Ability to create high-quality wireframes, prototypes and user flows
Experience building or contributing to design systems and component libraries
Strong understanding of consistency and reusable design patterns
Confident communication and effective collaboration with stakeholders and development teams
Ability to work independently and take ownership in an Agile environment
