Product Development Manager - AdTech

Key Responsibilities

• Product Design and Documentation: Actively create and maintain clear, detailed documentation for new products and features, including functional descriptions, flowcharts, and mockups. Translate complex product ideas into visual and written materials to guide development and enhance cross‑functional understanding.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with developers, data engineers, and product managers to deliver high‑impact products. Coordinate across teams to ensure seamless and efficient product development, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Product‑Market Fit: Continuously assess and address client needs, stay updated on market trends, gather feedback, and make data‑driven decisions to refine and improve products. Understand SaaS interfaces, dashboards, charts, and reports to create user‑friendly and insightful products.

Your Profile

• Experience: Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role within advertising or software development, with a track record of successfully managing and launching products that meet market needs and drive growth.
• SaaS Expertise: Good understanding of SaaS interfaces, dashboards, charts, and reports to develop user‑friendly products that provide valuable insights and drive engagement.
• AdTech Knowledge: Deep understanding of online advertising technology, customer needs, and market dynamics. Experience with affiliate marketing is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, interpret insights, and make informed decisions using data to prioritize features, measure performance, and guide development. Comfortable with SaaS analytics and reporting tools.
• Rapid prototyping: Knowledge and experience with rapid prototyping techniques to iterate and refine concepts quickly.
• Product Management Tools: Proficient in using product management tools and methodologies such as Atlassian Product Discovery.
• Scope Management: Experience in transferring scope from Product Management to Product Owners for focused development.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Familiarity with high‑level wireframing and prototyping techniques.
• Productivity & Quality: Deliver high productivity and consistently high‑quality products.
