Product Manager PAT Advanced Process Control (x|f|m) 

As Product Manager for PAT Advanced Process Control, you own a portfolio that fuses hardware, software and services to enable successful PAT implementations. You will engage with key customers and stakeholders in a strategic, cross-functional role. You translate market needs into compelling value propositions and guide product development from concept to market. You thrive in a dynamic, customer-facing environment and shape the portfolio to stay ahead of market dynamics and competition.

• Develop business models, value propositions and pricing aligned with market needs

• Represent the portfolio externally, build relationships with customers and KOLs
• Prioritize new offerings and balance short-term needs with long-term market evolution
• Ensure product connectivity fits customer IT architectures and workflows
• Provide technical clarity through PD when sales faces complex questions

• Master's degree in a related field
• Several years in Life Science with a complex customer-facing role (ideally in sales or pharma)
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management to align diverse teams
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills with eye-level client interactions
• Excellent relationship building across internal and external partners
• Deep understanding of customer workflows and market dynamics, translating that into solutions
• Strategic thinking with ability to turn ambitions into winning products
• Decision-making capability in uncertain, dynamic environments
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
