Product Manager Advanced Therapy Solutions Services (x|f|m) 

As Product Manager ATS Services, you will shape the strategy and commercial success of the Process Development and Plasmid Manufacturing Services portfolio. You will work with Sales, Product Development, Operations and Marketing to translate customer needs into differentiated service offerings. You will own the portfolio lifecycle, drive launches, and optimize performance to support sustainable growth. This role connects with key customers and stakeholders to ensure meaningful, market-driven solutions. • Define and execute the ATS-wide strategy for Process Development and Plasmid Manufacturing Services
• Translate market needs, industry trends and competitive dynamics into scalable service offerings and portfolio priorities
• Develop business plans, financial models, investment recommendations and pricing inputs
• Manage the service portfolio across its full lifecycle
• Collaborate with Services Sales, Product Development, Operational Clusters, Portfolio Analytics and Central Marketing to enable launches and commercial success
• Engage with key customers and stakeholders to validate needs and serve as subject-matter expert for the portfolio
• Define value propositions, differentiators, positioning and pricing principles for customer-facing offerings
• Provide Portfolio visibility to Operational Clusters on demand, growth assumptions and capacity implications
• Develop and monitor portfolio performance indicators (growth, profitability, pipeline, utilization, delivery, launch progress)

• Master in Life Sciences
• Several years of experience in life sciences, bioprocessing, advanced therapies and CDMO services
• Strong understanding of customer segments, development/manufacturing workflows, market dynamics and industry trends in advanced therapies
• Knowledge of Process Development Services or Plasmid Manufacturing Services or similar bioprocessing offerings
• Ability to translate customer needs into service strategies, value propositions, business models, pricing and investment proposals
• Excellent strategic, commercial, analytical and decision-making abilities with cross-functional leadership
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
