Product Manager - Virtual/Digital SATCOM Solutions (f/m/d)

In this role you will own the product roadmap for DIFI-based virtual SATCOM solutions, shaping products that connect space, ground, and cloud. You’ll collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing to drive concept-to-launch success and translate market needs into clear requirements. You will manage backlog, present progress and ROI to stakeholders, and monitor performance post-launch. • Define and execute the product roadmap for DIFI-based virtual SATCOM products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product success from concept to launch
• Conduct market analysis and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities
• Gather, analyze and document technical and functional requirements with customers
• Maintain a clear, prioritized product backlog aligned with stakeholders
• Lead high-level stakeholder gate reviews and present status, risks and ROI for go/no-go decisions
• Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction post-launch

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SATCOM or related industries
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications, or related field
• Strong understanding of satellite communication technologies, standards, and market trends
• Proven ability to define product-level technical requirements for complex systems
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure or other)
• Knowledge of RF systems, modems, ground stations or satellite payloads is desirable
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Proficiency in English and German (advantage)
